Last Sunday, May 18, Nanuet Community Youth Corps participated in Rockland County EMS Youth Competition, which took place at the Rockland County Fire Training Center. We entered one team consisting of Mary Flynn, Cathy Smith, Jake Conlon, Jack Lyons, Jon Brown, and Kelly Ball with Eric Stone and Lauren Judisky as advisers. The competition was made up of a medical and trauma assessment. Nanuet took 3rd place in the trauma assessment. Overall the day was enjoyable and a good learning experience. We hope to compete again next year!
